- Maintains clean and clear walkways to ensure they are free of
debris, litter, snow, and ice
- Documents and reports repairs, violations, and pest control
needs
- Maintains organization of supply areas and equipment, documents
inventory, and requests additional supplies as needed
- Monitors and secures facility interior and exterior entrances
and reports issues to appropriate entities
Department:

Compensation:
$17.51 per hour
-Plus an additional $2.50 per hour for night hours worked
(6pm-6am).
-Plus an additional $0.80 per hour for weekend hours worked.
-Plus Time and a half per hour for hours worked on designated
legal
holidays.
Required Qualifications:
-Ability to walk, stand, lift, carry, bend, stoop and climb for the
majority of the shift, including
extended periods of continuous physical activities with or without
an accommodation.
-Ability to lift and move supplies, equipment and material
regularly up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up
to 100 lbs.
-Ability to remove snow and ice outside during cold weather.
