Job Summary

Performs a wide variety of routine cleaning duties at campus buildings which include but are not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuum cleaning, dusting tasks & changing of light bulbs. Maintains rest rooms which includes cleaning of walls, sinks, fixtures, toilets & mirrors. Replenishes towels, tissues & soap dispensers. Empties garbage receptacles. Performs recycling duties when necessary. Cleans entrances to buildings. Includes glass on entrance doors & exterior areas to buildings. Polices areas around buildings for litter. Performs work orders assigned by the Custodial Supervisor which are associated with assisting the day custodial staff with set ups of special events & college activities. Clears snow & ice from entrance ways, walkways, patios & steps. Shovels or sweeps areas & applies calcium chloride. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - Education
High school graduate or equivalency desirable

Qualifications - Experience
0-6 months experience in custodial maintenance

Qualifications - Skills

Work Hours
Monday – Thursday 9:30 pm – 1:30 am
Friday 9:30pm – 1:00am
