Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Associate's degree with one to three years of customer service experience engaging with customers in person, over the phone, and via written communications.
- Demonstrated a commitment to inclusive excellence and fostering a collaborative multicultural environment for customers across diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize competing demands required.
Desirable Qualifications
- One to three years of experience with Salesforce or another CRM system
- Passion for elevating the University of Vermont brand and experience for internal and external stakeholders.
Anticipated Pay Range
$22.50-$24.50 per hour
