Skills/Qualifications
- Master's/Expert degree related to clinical research: The maximum score for this section will be 3.5 points. It must be proven with a copy of the diploma or an official certificate showing completion of the studies. If you do not have the corresponding degree, no points will be awarded.
- Administrative or IT experience: up to 0.5 points (0.10 points for each full month of professional experience in administrative or IT tasks related to the job).
- Experience as a Clinical Data Entry / Study Coordinator: up to 2 points (0.20 points for each full month of accredited professional experience in clinical studies or trials).
- Experience as a Preclinical Data Entry / Study Coordinator: up to 1 point (0.10 points for each full month of accredited professional experience in preclinical studies or projects).
These requirements must be proven with an official certificate issued by the competent authority.

Bachelor's or University Degree in health-related sciences (Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related health disciplines)

Gross annual salary: €20,536.60
Estimated duration: 12 months - The contract is tied to the duration of the project/activity/funding.
Selection process
- Based on the points obtained in the evaluation of merits, at least the three best candidates will be selected to carry out a personal interview where communication skills, work aptitude, and abilities will be assessed, with a maximum of 3 points. Only candidates who obtain at least 50% of the points from the assessable merits will be eligible for the interview phase.
- After the position is awarded and in case the selected candidate declines the contract, the hiring committee may choose to resolve in favor of the next candidate according to the published score list.
