We are seeking a Data Manager to support the development, administration, and quality management of research data systems using REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture) across the IGTP campus. The successful candidate will work closely with investigators, statisticians, project managers, and research teams to design and maintain REDCap databases, establish data-management procedures, monitor data quality, and prepare datasets for analysis and reporting.
The role will also contribute to the standardisation and continuous improvement of data-management practices, promote the effective use of REDCap, and support research teams throughout the data lifecycle.
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and collaborative professional with strong data-management skills and a commitment to data quality, reproducibility, security, and good research practices in biomedical research.

Requirements
Research Field: Medical sciences
Education Level: Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Management, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience developing and managing databases using REDCap.
- At least 3 years of experience in data cleaning, validation, quality assurance, and database documentation.
- Strong proficiency in R for data management; experience with additional statistical or programming software such as Stata, SAS, SPSS, SQL, or Python would be considered an asset.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines, such as ICH-GCP, would be considered an asset.
