The Data Quality & Reporting Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of Title II AEFLA student data, funding records, and required federal and state reporting. This position reports to the Director of Program Engagement and Evaluation, but will work closely with the Dean to provide complex data interpretation to the Title II Leadership team. The incumbent applies strong skills in data analysis, reporting, quality assurance, and process improvement to support reliable performance outcomes. The role includes hands‑on data entry during peak operational periods, registration oversight, and coordination of ongoing data quality reviews.
As the primary Advansys system manager, the incumbent maintains data integrity, resolves system issues, and ensures data workflows support efficient, compliant operations aligned with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( WIOA ) requirement, NRS guidance for accuracy, quality, continual monitoring, and internal control expectations. The position translates complex performance and participation metrics into clear, actionable insights to inform enrollment management, resource allocation, and program improvement initiatives.
This role is critical to maintaining audit readiness, supporting effective monitoring practices, optimizing data workflows, and fostering a data‑informed culture across the department. The Data Quality & Reporting Manager also plays a key role in analyzing GED® Manager data, including GED® Ready® scores, to support targeted recruitment strategies and enrollment into GED Boot Camps.
