Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) is seeking a Dean for the School of Internet of Things at XJTLU Entrepreneur College (Taicang). The role reports to the Team Leader, Collective Leadership Team, XJTLU Entrepreneur College (Taicang).

Position Overview and Responsibilities: The Dean provides leadership for the School's strategic development, represents the School internally and externally, and is part of the extended Senior Management Team. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing leadership and oversight to the School and its Management Team.
• Leading strategic planning and ensuring teaching, research, and industry engagement align with the School's mission.
• Developing external collaborations and representing the School domestically and internationally.
• Overseeing administration, management, and staff development.

Key Relationships: The Dean works with various university leaders and staff to support academic development.

Personal Attributes: Candidates should embody Syntegrative Education values, focusing on innovation, collaboration, and lifelong learning.

Required Qualifications/Experiences: PhD in a related field, management experience, international reputation, and strong communication skills. Experience in international universities is preferred.
