The School of Continuing Education seeks part-time adjunct instructors to teach students in the Dental Assisting Program.
Campus Locations: Dundalk & Randallstown
Minimum Requirements
Must be certified and or licensed in Dental Assisting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Good communication skills.
- A knowledge and understanding of the Health and Human Services programs and industry standards
- Computer literate with proficient skills with Microsoft applications.
- Creative and energetic.
- Ability to problem solve wisely with minimal input from a supervisor.
Class Specific Essential Duties
- Provide didactic and clinical instruction in Dental Assisting, including classroom, laboratory, and clinical supervision assignments.
- Maintain certification in Dental Assisting.
- Work collaboratively to achieve departmental, divisional or institutional initiatives.
- Maintain scheduled availability to students.
- Monitor student progress in labs.
- Follow established rules of the college.
