We are seeking a Paint Protection Film Installer / Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you'll clean the interior and exterior of vehicles for our customers and sales team and be responsible for installing paint protection film and 3 M on vehicles.

We're looking for a driven, detail-obsessed, and hard-working individual who’s ready to shine. This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Monday-Friday and can earn $16.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

What You'll Do:

• Wash, wax, buff, and beautify vehicles inside and out
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean interiors until they sparkle
• Use top-grade tools, chemicals, and techniques
• Use computer software to prepare paint protection film or 3 M installation
• Install paint protection film and 3 M on vehicles according to specifications and company guidelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve paint protection film/3 M installation issues that may arise
• Perform final inspections to ensure showroom-level perfection
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

• Experience in detailing or paint protection film installation is preferred; however, we are willing to provide training for the right person.
• A passion for cars and making them look their best
• An eye for detail and a commitment to quality
• A valid driver’s license and a strong work ethic
• The ability to perform physically demanding work with frequent bending, crouching and reaching
• The ability and initiative to work independently while being supportive of and getting along with other team members
• Completion of a satisfactory criminal record check
