Manage audience targeting, segmentation, bid strategies,
conversion optimization, and campaign pacing.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics including CTR,
CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and enrollment funnel outcomes.
Develop recurring digital advertising reports and performance
dashboards.
Conduct A/B testing for messaging, audience strategy, creative,
and conversion performance.
Collaborate with creative and enrollment teams on digital
campaign strategy and landing page optimization.
Partner with CRM and enrollment operations teams to support
attribution tracking and lead flow optimization.
Stay current on digital advertising trends, platform updates,
and higher education recruitment marketing strategies.
Serve as the primary contact for paid media vendors, agencies,
and platform representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS - Qualifications are deemed required or
preferred and represent what is needed to effectively perform
job.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or
related field required.
- 3-5 years of experience managing paid digital advertising
campaigns required.
- 3-5 years of experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio,
conversion tracking, and audience targeting strategies
required.
- Higher education marketing experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES - May be representative,

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn
Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and analytics platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong
attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a
deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate
effectively across teams and departments.
- Commitment to accuracy, organization, and high-quality
work.
