Shift Leader , you will assist with operational leadership by: Leading by example through a servant leadership approach Supporting daily operations including food production, front-end service, cleaning, opening and closing procedures, and stocking Delivering outstanding guest service while resolving questions and concerns in a professional manner Assigning daily responsibilities to team members based on operational needs and staffing levels Ensuring food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met Training and mentoring new team members to support their success Schedule varies and includes evenings, late nights, and weekend shifts.
