Provide friendly, professional customer service to all guests Process customer orders accurately using the POS system Prepare food and beverages according to company standards and customer requests Fulfill mobile and in-store orders efficiently Stock front-of-house and kitchen supplies Prepare ingredients and assist with inventory management Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility Perform opening and closing procedures Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met Schedule varies and includes evenings, late nights, and weekend shifts.
