"DIRECTOR-ACADEMIC SERVICES"

The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) is seeking a DIRECTOR-ACADEMIC SERVICES to oversee the complete operation of academic services: program creation; grant writing and renewal each year; budget development, analysis, accountability; hiring, training, supervising, evaluating all staff; development of programs and policies that are joint relationships with the academic affairs part of the University. To evaluate programs internally and for federal government. To track and evaluate all program participants. To provide regular periodic reports to Associate Dean.

Qualifications: Master's degree in a related field and four (4) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.

Annual Salary: $60,835 - $71,719
