Qualifications include: Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities Experience coaching students or job seekers on résumés, interviewing, and career planning Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners Comfort using data, technology, and enterprise systems to drive results Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical practices Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of five years of progressive experience in career services or related fields Demonstrated ability to build and sustain employer partnerships and deliver effective career development programming.
