The Full-time Clinical Coordinator works under the direction of the Associate Dean of Sport Science to place all MSAT students into their clinical placements and collaborates with the Endicott College Internship and Career Office. The coordinator of clinical education is a core faculty member whose primary appointment is to the athletic training program and who has the responsibility to direct clinical education and teach classes within the curriculum. The coordinator also advises students and assists with program assessment. Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree preferred; Terminal degree seeking candidates considered
• Three years of teaching experience in higher education
• Valid BOC athletic training certification
• Valid or eligible for Massachusetts athletic training license
• Prior experience clinical placement program
• Knowledge of the CAATE accreditation standards
• Commitment to inclusive education and supporting cultural differences among undergraduate students
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Effective critical thinking skills
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills and customer satisfaction skills
• Excellent organizational ability
• Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Forms, Drive), Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint) Adobe Acrobat
• Willingness to be trained in other technologies associated with the position
