To promote strong ERP product adoption, the director will also lead the design and execution of a comprehensive user training program tailored to diverse campus stakeholders. This includes developing training materials, coordinating hands-on workshops, facilitating change management initiatives, and ensuring ongoing support resources are available. The training program will play a pivotal role in increasing system utilization, user confidence, and overall operational efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:

    • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
    • Ensure cross-training, backup coverage, and knowledge documentation.
    • Assign project work and balance resource allocations across team.
    • Coordinate institutional response to cybersecurity incidents and major outages, serving as the primary escalation point and ensuring timely resolution, stakeholder communication, and post-incident analysis.
  • Security, Compliance, Quality Control and Training
    • Manage administration of access control and enforce role-based security in PeopleSoft and related systems.
    • Conduct periodic audits of user permissions and application security.
    • Establish QA and testing procedures for all customizations and system changes.
    • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and external audit standards.
