"Director of Golf & Learning Center Operations"

Provide day-to-day leadership and management of the university's Golf and Learning Center to ensure effective and efficient operation in a cost-effective manner. Oversee the delivery of top-quality services and golf experiences to students, staff, faculty, alumni and external community.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• A minimum of six (6) years' prior experience managing and/or assisting in the management of a golf course
• Current PGA associate or member in good standing
• Experience interacting within a variety of social settings and representing an employer's strategic plan, broad mission statement and business objectives and goals.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree.
• Experience, managing and/or assisting in the management of a golf course that is part of a University or college.
• Knowledge of pro shop operations
• Knowledge of business operations
