We have varied educational opportunities available to meet the ever-changing needs of all learners through our four campuses: Big Spring, Lamesa, San Angelo and Southwest College for the Deaf (SWCD).

Description of Job Duties:

• Holds responsibility for administrative planning, implementing and supervising all college human resource services, including payroll.
• Serves on President's Executive Cabinet.
• Serves as Affirmative Action and EEOC officer.
• Claims coordinator for district workers' compensation and unemployment programs.
• Administers group insurance and retirement programs.
• Prepares reports required by state and federal agencies.

Experience and Other Qualifications Required:

• Bachelors degree required. Additional education will be recognized.
• Twelve (12) years related experience in human resources preferred.
• Must have supervisory skills and be able to multi-task.
• Proven ability to work with a diverse population.
• Familiar will community college reporting requirements.
• Ability to use related software, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,132.00 - $90,058.00 per year
