We are looking for a motivated person to join our team. We work hard as a Team, where getting to know your colleagues and having fun on the way is all part of the role.
As a Distribution Assistant, you are critical in ensuring our customers’ Mail and Parcels are sorted, processed and dispatched correctly to be delivered on time. This role is based on the city campus, but you are expected to work at all campuses, North, City & South.
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Sort our mail to meet our service level agreements.
- Handle parcels in a careful and professional manner
- Liaise with various internal contacts to solve problems & escalate where required
- Plenty of moving around, bending, and heavy lifting required.
- Computer literate and being comfortable using other systems.

We are looking for great people who are:
- Available to work Monday to Friday between 8.00am to 4.00pm
- Comfortable in a very physically demanding role lifting up to 25kgs.
- Walking up flights of stairs
- Clean driver’s license
- Natural team player that enjoys working as a team to put our customers first.
