Position Summary
The Dual Enrollment Coordinator/Advisor serves as the primary coordinator for the College of Arts and Sciences’ dual enrollment initiatives, supporting graduate student recruitment, advising, and success of current and prospective dual enrollment teachers while strengthening partnerships with area school districts. The position provides academic advising to graduate students pursuing dual enrollment credentials, graduate certificates, and master’s degrees, helping educators identify appropriate pathways and connecting them with university resources throughout their academic journey. The Coordinator/Advisor also manages the administration of college dual enrollment programming, including events, scholarships, faculty outreach, assessment, and reporting, while coordinating recruitment and marketing efforts that promote dual enrollment opportunities to teachers, students, families, and school partners. Working collaboratively with college faculty, university offices, and secondary teachers and administrators, this position advances UNO’s strategic goals, including in both A&S and CEHHS, of expanding dual enrollment participation, strengthening the educator pipeline, and increasing student matriculation to the University.
