This is a temporary position, limited to a maximum of 165 working days within a fiscal year.

Duties and Responsibilities

The purpose of the Dual Enrollment Liaison (DELs) is to guide feeder school students on the pathway to Ohlone College... [compile all 1-8 points into ul]

• The objective of this role is to develop professionals who can, under the supervision of a designated manager, aid feeder school students.
• In alignment with guided pathways, DEL's will serve designated location(s) and provide student assistance in Ohlone college applications...

Duration

This position is renewable on an annual basis and shall work a maximum of 20 hours per week with the assignment spanning 45 weeks per year including regular and summer terms.

Minimum Qualifications

• Any combination equivalent to a bachelor's degree and two years of related work experience;
• Demonstration of effective oral and written communication skills, including presentations;

Desirable Qualifications

Bilingual competency in Spanish and/or American Sign Language preferred.
