English requirements
TOEFL iBT - TOEFL iBT® is accepted by more than 13,000 universities and other institutions in over 160 countries. The test can be taken at a test center or at home. The test measures your English-language abilities in an academic setting. The score refers to the total score of 4 subjects (writing, listening, speaking, and reading), each subject has a range of 0 - 30.

IELTS - The International English Language Test System (IELTS) tests your English-language proficiency on a scale of 1 – 9. The score refers to the combined average score of 4 subjects (writing, listening, speaking, and reading).

Other requirements
General requirements
- This programme accepts OMPT as a mathematics admission test. Depending on your academic background, you may be required to take an OMPT assessment as part of the admission process.
- Application indicating the science field, the topic and the form of funding (online);
- Official legalised Master’s diploma with the diploma supplement or a higher education degree equivalents and academic transcripts (translated into English or Lithuanian and notary verified) and the certificate of recognition if higher education qualification acquired abroad;
- Curriculum Vitae;
- Recommendations by two researchers of the relevant science field;
- A research proposal on the selected topic;
- A copy of a valid personal document: a passport (for citizens of all countries) or an ID card (only for citizens of the European Union);
- A copy of the receipt of the application fee payment (55 EUR for EU citizens, and 132 EUR for non-EU citizens);
