The Opportunity

The role entails designing and developing quality online learning activities, modules, programs and courses in collaboration with academic staff to achieve learning and teaching strategies of the Faculty. The role reports to Associate Professor Mohsen Kalantari supporting School of Civil and Environmental Engineering.

• Salary Level 8: $127,351 - $143,489 per annum + 17% superannuation
• Fixed Term to December 2027
• Full Time (35-hours a week)
• Location: Kensington – Sydney, Australia (hybrid and minimum 3 days a week onsite)

Skills & Experience

• Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail for deliverables produced.
• Sound stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior management and liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing systems or programs requiring integration of theoretical or technical knowledge in a complex, specialised environment.
• Experience working with a range of computer systems and applications.
• Excellent time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to respond to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines by using judgement and initiative.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively within a team, but also to take initiative and work independently while managing competing demands.
