About the Role
The School of Psychology is seeking an Educational Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of learning and teaching across the discipline. You will work closely with academic and professional staff to implement new educational initiatives, strengthen curriculum and assessment practices, and contribute to engaging, inclusive, and technology enhanced learning experiences for psychology students. The role also supports alignment with institutional priorities and Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) accreditation requirements, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement in teaching and learning.

You are a collaborative and thoughtful educator who enjoys partnering with others to improve learning and teaching. You bring curiosity, creativity, and a student centred mindset to your work, and you’re comfortable moving between big picture ideas and practical implementation. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and approach challenges with a positive, solutions focused attitude. You care about inclusive, engaging learning experiences and are motivated by helping colleagues enhance their practice and support student success.
