Capital University of Economics and Business (Beijing, P.R.China) is a Beijing Municipal key university of finance and economics founded in 1956, holding two campuses, Huaxiang Main Campus in Fengtai District, Beijing and Hongmiao Campus in Chaoyang District. The Huaxiang Main Campus hosts over 13,000 undergraduate students, and the Hongmiao Campus annually hosts 800 international students from over 90 countries and regions as well as part-time MBA students. CUEB in total has 17 faculties, including School of Urban Economics and Public Administration, School of Economics, School of Labor Economics etc. The university provides quality undergraduate and graduate education to students from Beijing mainly, and serves as a university think-tank for Beijing Municipal government and related administrative institutes. Position: Intensive English Lecturer (Four Skills)

Job Descriptions:

1. Teach undergraduate courses 16 hours per week in Huaxiang Campus
2. Develop course plans and overall teaching curriculum
3. Teach intensive Speaking and Listening courses mainly

Basic Requirements for Candidates:

• Native speakers of English
• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• completion of a teacher preparation program
• Hold a teacher’s qualification certificate valid from one of the above mentioned countries or an English Language teaching Certificate such as TEFL, TESL, TESOL, CELTA, etc
• Two years teaching experience
• Under 60 years old

Preferred Requirements:

• Major in Education/TESOL (waiver of two years teaching experiences)
• Hold passports from the United States, United Kingdom, Australia or New Zealand

Salary and Benefits:

1. Official work (Z) visa
2. Fully furnished apartment or housing subsidiary of 5000 RMB/month
3. Transportation between CUEB Hongmiao and Huaxiang Campus
4. 13,000 RMB per-month for salary (pre-tax)
5. 600 RMB per month for living allowance
6. 13,000RMB per year for international air fare
7. Medical Insurance
8. Chinese legal holidays, summer and winter vacation with payment
