Job Summary

Inspects, repairs, installs, and maintains electrical systems, machinery, and equipment. Ensures all work performed meets required safety codes... Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically requires an Electrician's license from the state...

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and moderately complex maintenance and repairs on all building internal electrical systems...
• Troubleshoots, assesses, and diagnose system problems and executes repairs as needed.
• Performs routine and moderately complex maintenance and repairs on all external building electrical power supply systems...
• May be required to serve in an on-call status...
• Perform all other duties/tasks as required.

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED from a recognized State or Federal accredited organization with four years’ experience; Valid driver's license.

Other Required Qualifications

Experience in installation, repair and operation of a wide array of common electrical and lighting system components.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

ABILITIES
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of National Electrical Code
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical instructions

Shift/Salary/Benefits

Shift: The regular working hours for this position are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday and must work mandatory overtime which can include holidays, weekends, and after regular working hours.

Pay Band: 9

Salary Minimum: $23.46/hour

Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position
