We are looking for a well-organised and motivated colleague to join the Careers and Employability Service in a key support role for the University of Sheffield Management School.

You will be a first point of contact for student employability and careers enquiries in the Management School and provide administrative support for employability and work-related learning schemes. You will work with a wide range of students and colleagues to support our careers and employability offer and enhance student engagement with it. You will contribute to the smooth running of events, maintain records and resources (including web pages and social media), and play a part in enhancing the student experience through effective communication and administration.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong communication and administrative skills
• Enjoys working collaboratively across teams
• Can manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
• Is confident using digital tools, systems and platforms
• Takes a proactive and student-focused approach
• Is interested in learning about employability and transferring their skills into this area.
