| Job Description | The Employment Coordinator supports the full-cycle recruitment and employment process for the university. This role coordinates job postings, candidate screenings, onboarding and employment compliance while ensuring alignment with institutional policies, equal opportunity standards and strategic workforce planning initiatives. The Employment Coordinator serves as the key liaison between hiring managers, candidates and the Office of Human Resources; and assists the department with all functions of human resource management. | Required Qualifications |

| Preferred Qualifications | Experience working in higher education. |
| Physical Demands | Sedentary work; exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. |
