- Full-time, Ongoing position at HEW Level 6
- Faculty of Health, with flexible working arrangements
- Salary: $95,777 – $102,659 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.
Support the Faculty of Health by building and managing relationships with external stakeholders - including community, government, and industry partners to deliver positive outcomes for students, staff, and the broader community.
The Opportunity
Working closely with academic and professional staff, you’ll help develop and manage partnerships that strengthen the faculty’s strategic position. You’ll support internal stakeholders to grow and maintain external relationships, contribute to alumni and corporate engagement activities and assist in the delivery of a range of partnership initiatives and events.
What Success Looks Like:
- Build and sustain strong relationships with external stakeholders through proactive networking and targeted communication.
- Develop, coordinate and maintain international and domestic partnerships that enhance the faculty’s reputation and strategic profile.
- Plan and deliver high quality engagement activities and events, including student, alumni, and corporate initiatives.
- Support academic and professional staff in identifying, developing and managing relationships with potential external partners.
- Identify and help progress opportunities such as student mentoring, scholarships, internships and research collaborations that deliver tangible outcomes.

About You
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across diverse stakeholder groups, can balance multiple priorities and takes a proactive, solutions-focused approach to relationship management.
You will bring:
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications and relevant experience in community and/or industry engagement, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong digital capability, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and related information systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a variety of domestic and international stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, including the planning and delivery of events and engagement activities.
- Proven capability to lead and manage a direct report and/or small team.
