Introduction

Shanghai Jian Qiao University(SJQU), founded in 2000, it is a full-time private university that prioritizes undergraduate education. The university is committed to cultivating innovative, interdisciplinary and high-caliber application-oriented talents for frontline roles in production, technology, services and management sectors. Located in the Lin-gang Special Area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, the university has convenient transportation. Covering a total area of 532,500 square meters, the campus features beautiful natural scenery and fully equipped teaching facilities. It now has 13 secondary colleges and 42 undergraduate majors across seven disciplines: Economics, Management, Literature, Engineering, Science, Art and Education. As of April 2026, the university has 24,074 full-time students, including 21,759 undergraduates.

Foreign teachers for language courses:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Over 2 years of relevant teaching experience or holding an international teaching certificates (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA)
• Age: 25-60 years old
