QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: A bachelor's degree required. Previous experience working in a college setting, use of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows is required. Must feel comfortable using oral/written skills to disseminate sensitive information both in person and by email/telephone.
Preferred Qualifications: Two to three years of experience in a college admissions office or comparable collegiate/business experience. Experience with the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and higher education in Tennessee. Experience in the evaluation or transfer process. Previous experience in Ellucian Banner & ARGOS is preferred.
