"Executive Assistant"

We are seeking to recruit two talented and motivated Executive Assistants to work in Student Services in the Healthy Campus Team.

Reporting to the Healthy Campus Manager, this team will work in close collaboration with the Office of Students and Learning, the Office of the Vice President for Equality and Diversity, and Human Resources, to advance student and staff well-being initiatives for the University.

Executive Assistant (2025) Salary Scale: €32,030 – €48,430 p.a. (13 points)

Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.
