In this Executive Assistant role, you will provide high-level support to the Head of School and designated delegates.
You will coordinate complex diaries, governance processes and communications, becoming a trusted partner across the School and Faculty.
This is a varied, people-focused position where your organisation skills directly support world-class education and research.

What you will deliver:
- Provide high-level executive support to the Head of School, including diary, travel, approvals and confidential correspondence.
- Coordinate key School committees and meetings, preparing agendas, papers and minutes, and tracking follow-up actions to completion.
- Maintain effective records, databases and tracking systems that support governance, reporting, projects and timely decision-making.
- Draft, proof and coordinate School communications on behalf of the Head of School for staff and students.
- Build strong relationships with academic, professional and external stakeholders, driving process improvements and contributing to team initiatives.
You may be a great fit if:
- Hold a relevant degree or bring equivalent experience supporting senior leaders in complex organisations.
- Demonstrate exceptional time management, planning and prioritisation skills, comfortably handling multiple concurrent deadlines with accuracy.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally, with proven experience drafting high-quality documents and correspondence.
- Use Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom and administrative systems confidently to produce polished documents and manage information.
- Exercise sound judgement, discretion and initiative when managing confidential matters and advising on policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively within diverse teams while also working autonomously, taking ownership of tasks and outcomes.
