Position Summary:
The Executive Director of Allied Health and Nursing provide visionary leadership for the development, implementation, and administration of the University’s allied health and nursing programs. Reporting to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Executive Director is responsible for establishing a dynamic academic unit that prepares students for careers in nursing and allied health professions while advancing the University’s mission of academic excellence, workforce development, and community impact.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of undergraduate and graduate programs in nursing and allied health disciplines.
• Lead curriculum development processes aligned with state regulatory requirements, professional standards, and accreditation expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in nursing, health sciences, public health, healthcare administration, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Academic credentials sufficient for appointment at the rank of associate professor or professor.
