Compensation: $178,435 - $217,420
Position Description
Is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the Human Resources Department, staff, programs, or functions. Responsibilities may include directing professional staff and departmental operations and administration; overseeing departmental or program budgets and funds; developing strategies, policies and procedures; and working with multiple departments to achieve strategic goals. This position reports directly to the Superintendent.

Qualifications
- Masters degree (M.A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in contract negotiation, contract administration with a solid knowledge base of employment law, collective bargaining and personnel administration.
