Establish goals and individualized action plans for success strategies with measurable outcomes;

Develop strategies for academic success including notetaking, test-taking strategies and study skills;

Support students in navigating the transition to college and understanding the expectations, the systems, and available resources;

Help students develop strong communication, problem-solving and self-advocacy skills;

Accurately document student interactions, referrals, progress notes and outcomes in designated student information systems;

Provide consultation to faculty and staff regarding executive function challenges and effective student support strategies;

Develop and facilitate workshops that focus on executive function skills such as time management, study skills, college readiness, self-advocacy, goal setting, and success in online courses;

Analyze data on student participation and outcomes in collaboration with ARC staff;

Maintains professional knowledge of best practices in academic coaching, executive function support, and student success;

Maintain an advising caseload;

Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
