• Answering phones and assisting customers with questions and service requests
• Providing professional customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors
• Assigning and tracking work requests
• Organizing and maintaining files and documents
• Assisting with data entry and recordkeeping
• Performing other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be an active CCU student.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, professional, and willing to learn
• Valid Driver’s License
