Hiring Range: $36,467.00 - $39,950.00

Primary Purpose of the Position: The primary purpose of this position is to perform painting duties, which may include but not be limited to, painting of residential buildings fixtures and equipment to include scraping, sanding, caulking, glazing, and priming a variety if paintable surfaces.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

• Graduation from high school or equivalent. Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the position’s role may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
• A valid driver’s license. Must have and maintain an acceptable driving record, preferably five or more years of driving experience with no more than one minor at fault accident or violation in the past three years.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive Building Trades experience at the journeyman level
• Licensed General Contractor.
