"Faculty Member in Hospitality Management and Program Director"

The College of Business & Management at VinUniversity is recruiting a faculty member in Hospitality Management with preferred research interests in Customer Experience Management, Revenue Management, Sustainability, and Leadership in Hospitality, as well as program directors for Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. Faculty members will have major responsibilities in teaching, research, and service, with workload based on faculty rank and track per AACSB standards. Teaching-track faculty will focus more on teaching courses.

Key Selection Criteria: Candidates must have a master or doctorate degree in related fields from well-established universities, strong knowledge of the subject area, experience in experiential learning methods like TBL, PBL, and ABL, a record of teaching excellence, high passion for education, agility to embrace changes, and excellent English communication skills.
