Job Responsibilities

• Academic Leadership & Program Management
• Provide strategic leadership for the Electrical Engineering discipline and degree programs
• Lead curriculum design, review, and continuous improvement to ensure alignment with international standards and industry needs
• Coordinate course offerings, teaching assignments, and academic workload planning within the program
• Teaching & Student Supervision

1. Teach core and advanced courses in Electrical Engineering and related areas at undergraduate levels
2. Supervise bachelor theses

• Research & Scholarly Activity
• Conduct and lead high-quality research in Electrical Engineering or closely related fields
• Industry, Community & International Engagement

1. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with industry, government, and professional bodies
2. Represent the program and department in national and international academic networks and conferences

Job Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline
• Practical or collaborative experience with industry in Electrical Engineering
• International academic experience or a strong international professional network preferred
• A strong, internationally recognized research record, evidenced by publications in leading journals and conferences preferred
• Demonstrated excellence in university level teaching
• Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in teaching, research, and leadership
• English is required (C1); German is desirable
