The Department of Management & Leadership in the C. T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston seeks qualified applicants for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position, starting in the fall of 2026. We are particularly interested in applicants with expertise in Human Resource Management, Performance Management, and/or Strategic Human Resources. Existing and/or strong potential for excellence in both scholarly research and teaching will be crucial for the successful applicant.
