Employment Information

You must submit your application for each position for which you would like to be considered for by the closing date given on the posting. All applications must be submitted electronically by 11:59 pm (Central Time) on the closing date indicated. If you have accepted any position at AUM, there are key pieces of documentation that are needed to complete the hiring process. Be sure to review the list of acceptable documents Form I-9, List of Acceptable Documents. We must physically verify the original of each document provided and we must obtain a copy of those required documents. Employees must complete Form I-9 to document verification of their identity and employment authorization.


For international employees, you must provide your passport and Form I-20 documentation to begin your paperwork process. Employment with Auburn University at Montgomery is contingent upon satisfactory completion of a background check to ensure a safe learning and work environment for our students, staff, and faculty.

Annual Security and Fire Safety Report
