KK College of Engineering & Management is currently recruiting for faculty roles including Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Lecturer, and Senior Lecturer in departments such as Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, and Training & Placement (T&P) Officer.

Roles and Duties: Faculty members are responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, conducting research, mentoring students, and contributing to departmental activities. Professors and Associate Professors may also engage in administrative duties, curriculum development, and academic leadership. T&P Officers focus on student placements, career counseling, and industry collaborations.

Qualifications: Candidates should hold a PhD or equivalent in the relevant field for Professor and Associate Professor positions, while a Master's degree may suffice for Lecturer roles. Prior teaching experience, research publications, and industry experience are highly desirable. Strong communication skills and a passion for education are essential.
