Family Information and Support Assistant

The University Childcare Services oversees the University Nurseries, offers an information service and operates the University Holiday Playscheme. These services are available to University Staff and Students.

The Role: We seek two Family Information and Support Assistants. In this varied and rewarding role, you'll help support and deliver workshops, events, stay-and-play sessions, and information services for staff and students with family or caring responsibilities. You'll also play an active part in delivering engaging, safe, and inclusive play activities during the University Holiday Playscheme. You will work closely with the Family Information and Support Manager to ensure families across the University feel welcomed, heard, and supported.
