- MS or MSN from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program.
- Proof of current board certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
- Current unencumbered license as a registered nurse in the United States.
- Minimum of 3.25 GPA in Master’s program in nursing on a 4.0 scale.
- Copy of curriculum vitae showing current active employment in nursing.
- An essay, typed and double-spaced, addressing the following topics: Describe three experiences that have prepared you for doctoral study and describe an issue in your current practice that would lend itself to analysis and change. This essay should be no longer than 3 pages.
