Duties & Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent Customer Service to all Staff, Faculty, and Students.
- Answering phones professionally and directing calls or taking messages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills; creativity.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Applicants must be enrolled as a Jax State student taking at least six (6) hours per fall or spring semester. (Requirements for international students below. *)
- If not a first-time student, applicant must have a GPA of 2.00 or higher.
- Selected applicants must provide evidence of student enrollment and GPA (unofficial transcript or printout of enrollment/GPA from My Jax State.
- Must be eligible for Federal Work Study.
- May not be a Dual Enrollment Student
