Qualifications
Master's degree required, with terminal degree preferred. Applicants must be capable of teaching in a "student-centered" environment that requires excellence in engaging students in a dynamic and unstructured setting as well as be able to develop curriculum materials for both internal and external use. Applicants are expected to uphold Darden community values, contribute as leaders to Darden and actively engage with practicing managers. AGF applicants are expected to bring something distinctive to the School, such as outstanding teaching, high visibility and effectiveness in working with practicing managers and executives, or a particularly noteworthy research niche.
