Finance Manager (Madingley Hall Operations) (Fixed Term) (Internal Applicants Only)
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced finance professional to join our team at Madingley Hall. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Hall's hospitality operations, by leading the Hall Finance Team.
Working closely with the Hall General Manager and Hall teams, you will be responsible for monitoring the financial position of Madingley Hall, within the context of the in the University environment, providing clear and accurate advice on University Finance Regulations, policy and procedures. You will be leading Hall financial activities, including Hall reporting, budgeting, income recognition and expenditure controls, adapting your approach to support the hospitality sector.
The role holder will be line managed by the PACE Director of Finance, Business Systems and Partnerships, it will manage the Hall finance function, and work collaboratively with the PACE Finance Manager and wider PACE Finance Team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to support a hospitality business within the University of Cambridge, have an evidenced background in University Finance and be able to demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available until 30 September 2026 in the first instance.
