Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Faculty Finance Managers in operational financial management services across the faculty.
- Provide support by managing the faculty’s research budgets
- Provide guidance to staff and students on the faculty’s purchasing and staff expenses.
- Support the Faculty Finance Managers with budget monitoring
- Assist other finance team members as needed.

- have excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders.
- have strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include Power Automate.
- have experience of reviewing how things work, making them better, and putting improved processes in place that people can follow.
Further information
This is a full-time role although part-time hours (0.8fte) will be considered for the right candidate.
We operate a hybrid working model with a mix of on-campus and remote work.
