The IRE brings together the work of several research groups of the UdG about analysing, transforming and improving educational practice in both formal and informal contexts. We are seeking a highly motivated candidate holding a Bachelor's degree in the field of Education and a Master's degree obtained in 2015 or later. Previous professional experience in the field of social intervention is required, and experience working with people with disabilities will be considered an asset. The successful candidate should demonstrate a strong interest in research and practice related to the care, support, and inclusion of adults with disabilities, particularly individuals with intellectual disabilities. Proficiency in both Catalan and Spanish is essential. Candidates should also possess a good command of English, enabling them to engage with scientific literature and participate in an international research environment. Strong interpersonal skills, commitment to social inclusion, and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary settings are highly valued.
